J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Vice President, Product Manager - Invest America Program

This is a high visibility role responsible for working on client-facing features across digital channels, the Chase mobile app, and advisor/branch tool-sets.

As a Vice President - Product Manager on the JPM Wealth Management Investment Funding Product team, you will play a critical role in identifying, gathering and analyzing information used in defining the vision and strategy and facilitating execution of the next generation of digital solutions across the Wealth Management business lines.

The role will partner with other product teams, designers, and technology teams across JPM WM and the broader JPM Chase organization to deliver an intuitive, controlled, and seamless experience for all JPM WM clients and advisors.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working on large-scale initiatives, connecting dots across product lines, and conducting deep analysis to recommend solutions supported by data.

Job Responsibilities:


* Serve as the primary Investment Funding contact for the Invest America program; work across business and technology partners to build new capabilities to support the new account type


* Create and maintain knowledge repositories and thorough documentation related to the Invest America program and related requirements


* Conduct requirement meetings with appropriate teams to understand the context of critical stakeholder needs, pain points and business impact


* Manage a tech team and related scrum ceremonies - meet JPM standards for backlog health and epic delivery, including release coordination and planning


* Engage with Tech Architects to determine architectural impact to Platform and the right strategic approach to execute changes


* Participate in preparation tasks for prioritization through Agile planning methods and work with Product Owner to make recommendations into final prioritization decisions


* Lead partnership with QA to drive functional end-to-end testing across all channels (web, mobile).

Drive the prioritization of any defects found and work with technology on the resolution


* Develop expert level knowledge of current state platform and help with solutioning the target state


* Provide key input in build out of multi-year product roadmap and translate product strategy into defining actionable deliverables


* Proactively analyze data and leverage data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to ensure that key results are on-track

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 7+ years of product management or business analyst experience with a strong analytical background; project management experience a plus


* Experience working closely with user experience designers and software engineers


* Work in environment with a high level of ambiguity and ability adapt accordingly


* Execution focused and able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
