Job Summary
The Ellison Medical Institute is seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented front office administrator to join its Oncology and Preventative Health clinic.

The Clinical Associate I is a key member of the clinic, serving as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors while supporting the clinic's commitment to exceptional, patient-centered care.

This role ensures efficient front-office operations by scheduling patient appointments, managing incoming communications, maintaining accurate medical records, and overseeing registration and insurance processes.

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Clinical Associate I contributes to operational excellence and a seamless patient experience that supports the Institute's broader mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate oncology and preventative medicine services.

Accurately collect, verify, and update demographic, insurance, benefits, and care team information to support proper registration, billing integrity, and continuity of care.

Facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes.
