Schneider Electric is seeking an IT Business Partner (IT BP) to support industrial sites (factories and distribution centers) within the Global Supply Chain (GSC) perimeter, based in Barcelona.

The IT Business Partner acts as the IT manager and trusted advisor for the assigned sites, with end-to-end accountability for IT strategy, run, and project delivery at site level.

The role works closely with site management and Digital teams to ensure that IT solutions support operational performance, comply with Schneider Digital standards, and enable business transformation.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management


* Act as the single point of contact between assigned industrial sites and Digital/IT.


* Build strong, trust-based relationships with site leadership, operations, supply chain, and key users.


* Advise and consult site management to clarify business needs and translate them into structured IT requests.


* Act as a key escalation point for management, particularly during major incidents or critical situations.


* Ensure effective communication and application of Digital strategy, standards, and policies at site level.
