What will you do:


* Drive comprehensive plant operations, overseeing manufacturing, engineering, and production while ensuring exceptional safety, quality, and service standards


* Lead end-to-end project management from tendering through Factory Acceptance Testing and commissioning


* Manage cross-functional teams across manufacturing engineering, production operations, maintenance, planning, and quality control


* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize plant performance and operational efficiency


* Ensure compliance with environmental and health safety regulations while maintaining quality standards

What will make you successful:


* Proven track record in manufacturing leadership within an ETO environment


* Strong expertise in project management, engineering processes, and production operations


* Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and team performance


* Deep understanding of manufacturing engineering, quality systems, and safety protocols


* Outstanding leadership capabilities with excellent communication and decision-making skills

Qualifications -


* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business related field required.

Master's degree preferred.


* 8 to 10 years in manufacturing management/industrial function / quality/ Logistic.


* 3 to 5 years experience in management field.


* Proficiency in analyzing production data and implementing improvements.


* Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.


* Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.


* English Advanced
