Offer Manager - Control & Signaling

Shape the Future of Industrial Automation

We are seeking a motivated and technically astute Offer Manager - Control & Signaling to drive growth, shape portfolio strategy, and champion innovative solutions within our industrial automation offer.

This role combines technical expertise, market insight, and strong communication skills to ensure our Control & Signaling solutions help customers succeed today while supporting their long-term automation goals.

What will you do:

As the Control & Signaling Offer Manager, you will own the execution of offer marketing and portfolio strategies for a broad range of industrial control and signaling products.

You'll work cross-functionally with sales, programs, engineering, and global teams to deliver market-ready solutions that drive growth, share, and customer satisfaction across the Canadian market.

You'll also be the voice of the market, gathering customer insights, tracking trends, and feeding actionable intelligence into global product roadmaps and launch strategies.

Portfolio & Offer Management



* Own and manage a portfolio of Control & Signaling products, including pushbuttons, switches, pilot lights, signaling units, interface measurement, control relays, and power supplies


* Act as the technical and market expert for the assigned portfolio, supporting internal teams and customers


* Lead country-level launches for new offers, including coordination with services and support teams to deliver a complete, market-ready solution


* Support product development planning, including objective setting, timelines, pricing strategy, and go-to-market readiness


* Coordinate the marketing mix (product positioning, pricing, promotion, and availability) to achieve business goals

Go-to-Market Execution



* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, programs, and technical teams


* Work with the Programs team to design and execute segment-specific marketing programs, campaigns, and events


* Develop engaging presentations, demonstrations, training sessions, and customer-facing seminars tailored to diverse audiences


* Create and adapt high-quality sales and marketing collateral that supports commercial success

Market Intelligence & Product Lifecycle Leadership



* Develop, own, and maintain an effective Product Life Marketing Plan, championing best practices across the portfolio


* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and sub-segment dynamics to proactively drive action plans


* Capture customer feedback, competitive insights, and market data to influence long-term product strategy and global roadmaps


* Provide metrics and reporting to measure launch effectiveness and ongoing portfolio performance
