* Procurement leadership into project core team defining Category and Supply Chain Resiliency strategies into product designs - Design-to-Cost principles


* End-to-End Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) supplier management

Contributes to:


* Design or buy Design decision, Make or Buy decision


* Category Supplier Orientation Chart strategy


* OCP(=Offer Creation Process) Time to Market & Target Cost achievements


* Cost Target attainment for new products


* Sustainability metrics - transition to green materials


* Contract negotiations with ODM suppliers


* New technology innovation in new products


* Supply Quality programs & claims for ODM


* Business continuity & risk mitigation plans (multi-sourcing)


* Product cost/margin improvement through QVE/COS program for ODM


* Innovative solutions for new or existing products coming from suppliers
