Accounts Payable Coordinator/Receptionist Opportunity at Cardinal
The Accounts Payable Coordinator/Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff.
Responsible for creating a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and front desk duties.
The Accounts Payable Coordinator/Receptionist is responsible for administering accounts payable, purchase order system, and spend down sheets in accordance with company policy
Skills Needed
· Customer Service and Communication: Friendly and professional demeanor providing patience, empathy, active listening skills and the ability to provide clear communication.
· Administrative and Office Skills: The ability to manage a multi-line phone system.
Mail handling, data entry, filing and recording keeping.
Processes invoices for accounts payable ensuring correct coding, reconciles all statements to outstanding invoices.
· Supportive Presence: Creating a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
· Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
Assist department heads in maintaining departmental spend down sheets.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
· Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
·Previous AR/AP experience required
Previous AP experience in Long-Term Care setting is preferred
