Compliance Risk Management Lead - Vice President

As an Operational Risk Management Lead Vice President within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR), you will report to an Executive Director and focus on the Kinexys by J.P.

Morgan business unit, which sits in the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Payments business.

Kinexys is a pioneer in banking-led blockchain, transforming traditional business models and the movement of money, information, assets and in this role you will provide second line oversight, assess compliance and operational risk for new Kinexys products, technologies, and vendor relationships, and support process improvements across the business.

You will be part of a diverse team of CCOR professionals, fostering cross-functional collaboration and supporting all areas of the business globally.

Your contributions will help ensure innovative, risk-based solutions and robust controls for business partners.

Job Responsibilities


* Support compliance and operational risk management activities across Kinexys and CIB Payments, aligning with firmwide objectives and regulatory expectations.


* Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders in the review and implementation of new products, services, vendor relationships, and client onboarding, ensuring robust risk and control frameworks.


* Participate in working groups to develop and enhance blockchain / digital ledger technology risk management frameworks.
