📍 Vineyard Post Acute - Petaluma, CA
🕒 Schedule: 10:30pm - 7:00am (4-2 rotation)
💰 Pay: $41-$45 per hour (DOE)

🩺 What You'll Do


* Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members


* Educate and support residents and families regarding care plans


* Contribute to a calm, organized, and compassionate care environment

✅ What We're Looking For


* Current California LVN license


* Current CPR or BLS certification


* Strong clinical assessment and communication skills


* Team-oriented with a resident-centered mindset


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (but not required)
