As the Senior Training Manager, you will work across the various business units globally to drive corporate training and development programs to meet the needs of the business.

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Collaborate and build partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business/skill needs to develop creative and effective learning solutions
* Execute defined human capital strategy to support new key sites implementations
* Lead design, implement and execute strategic plans integrating organizational development and learning initiatives
* Think and plan strategically; follow through and act on the tactical requirements needed
* Ensure key deliveries and metrics are business relevant and globally scalable
* Design, create and develop learning solutions (interactive eLearning, virtual and instructor-led courses) to meet organizational needs by analyzing and selecting the most appropriate strategy, methodologies and technologies to maximize the learning experience and impact
* Facilitate learning events and programs in support of the organization
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
* 5 years of combined experience in facilitation, content development, program design and adult learning theory
* Experience with and strong fluency in Learning Management Systems
It'd be great if you also have:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
* Learning Design and Technology certification
* Experience with Google Classroom
* Sales, operations, call center and leadership experience
* Experience with multiple learning modalities such as social learning and mobile learning
* Expertise in learning content development tools, including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong planning, organizational and project management skills
* Able to work well in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization that's constantly changing, with the ability to prioritize work efficiently
