As a Director, Procurement you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving procurement, finance performance and operational excellence.

You'll partner with the procurement leadership team and category managers, ensure robust controls, optimized systems, and alignment with enterprise objectives.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Enhance governance, stream processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Champion ESG integration across procurement operations-embedding sustainability, ethical sourcing, and compliance into core systems and reporting frameworks to support responsible and resilient value delivery.


* Lead and develop a high-performing regional procurement operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


* Work with the Head of Procurement, supporting the development and execution of the regional procurement strategy and driving improved contribution/efficiency across the team.


* Develop and implement a key procurement tool, including a spend analytics platform that empowers category managers with deeper insights, enabling more strategic decision-making and increased EBITDA contribution.


* Support in the deployment of a centralized contract database to build a robust contract pipeline, improve visibility, and support proactive-not reactive-cost management and risk mitigation


* Review and refine the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process within the regional framework to enhance operational efficiency, reduce cycle times, and strengthen cost control mechanisms.


* Introduce and embed best-in-class tools tailored to specific categories, supporting advanced sourcing strategies, supplier collaboration, and improved value delivery.


* Strengthen procurement governance by embedding controls, standardizing processes, and ensuring alignment with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.


* Oversee the development of reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights, track procurement performance, and support continuous improvement.
