About You

We're looking for someone who has:


* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or other related field.


* Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure is required.


* 15 years of experience leading projects from a technical perspective (water, wastewater and stormwater conveyance including pump stations; wastewater treatment experience a plus)


* Strong technical background and experience in designing water/wastewater utility systems, pipelines, pump stations, storage.


* Proven experience in developing project plans, anticipating and addressing project issues, leading meetings with clients, and directing the completion of technical reports and designs.


* Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality reports and technical memoranda; preparation and sealing design plans and specifications; strong attention to detail.


* Proficient working experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Power BI software.


* Knowledge of hydraulic models, Civil 3D/Revit, and SpecLink.


* Existing relationships with MSDGC, GCWW, SD1, DOSD, DOW, or other local municipalities are a plus.
