Registered Nurse II/III MC/CHC Per Diem - CHC Riverside Neighborhood Clinic

The County of Riverside - Riverside University Health System- Community Health Center (RUHS-CHC) is currently recruiting for a Per Diem Registered Nurse II/III MC/CHC to join the CHC Riverside Neighborhood Clinic located in Riverside.

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support clinic operations and enhance patient care.

In this role, the RN will help improve workflow efficiency, provide daily guidance to the care team, and support quality improvement initiatives, audits, and key programs such as CHDP, Family PACT, IEHP, and pharmacy compliance.

The RN will collaborate closely with physicians to assist with examinations, administer treatments and medications, and provide patient and family education on health conditions and care plans.

The RN will also case manage patients with chronic and comorbid conditions, helping them navigate care while independently leading care management activities that promote continuity of care.

Overall, the RN will help maintain high standards of patient care while ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.

License and Certification Requirements:


* A current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.


* A valid California Driver's License

Work Schedule : 9/80, Monday to Thursday with every other Friday off
Hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Registered Nurse II MC/CHC Per Diem - $68.0905 per hour

Registered Nurse III MC/CHC Per Diem - $77.1585 per hour
