People Operations Generalist, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

Location: Van Nuys, CA (Hybrid).

This position requires regular on site presence.

No exceptions.

Compensation: $72,300.00 - $88,300.00 per annum; Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

Core HR Generalist Responsibilities


* Serve as a People Operations resource to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures


* Support employee relations matters and escalate issues as appropriate


* Assist with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.


* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.


* Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance activities.


* Partner with internal stakeholders on workforce needs and People initiatives.


* Contribute to a positive employee and candidate experience

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Responsibilities


* Coordinate job postings, applications, interview scheduling, and recruitment logistics


* Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates


* Maintain applicant tracking system records and hiring documentation


* Partner with hiring managers on interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions


* Support offer preparation and pre employment documentation


* Coordinate onboarding activities including orientation and system access


* Ensure new hires are set up for success


* Track recruiting metrics and support reporting


* Ensure compliance with hiring practices and regulations
