Permanent full time (37.5 hpw), Hours are typically Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

* Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs 

The practical bits


* Work Pattern typically Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - On occasion service needs may require working outside of these times.

This would be with plenty of notice.


* Working hours 37.5, manage own diary


* Working from our office base at Bentinck Road and supporting customers across Newcastle.


* You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
