Overview

Assist with guest needs and requests to ensure positive guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Communicate and assist with guests with visit planning including, but not limited to, reservations for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty, childcare, transportation, cultural activities, shopping, decor packages, amenity delivery, and other services.


* Provide directions to hotel facilities or events.


* Coordinate special guest activities such as Daily Welcome Drink, family activities, etc.


* Notify/assist guests of receipt of mail, messages, and packages.


* Maintain current information and materials regarding hotel, services, and attractions.


* Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.


* Perform any other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills


* One year experience in a public contact position.


* Hotel experience preferred.


* Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.


* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests and associates.


* Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

Compensation
Salary Range: $29.15 - $29.15 Hourly
