Digital Marketing Intern

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to assume the role of Digital Marketing Intern in Columbia, SC for Summer 2026.

The qualified candidate will work under the supervision of the Training Team Leader to assist with projects that focus on organizing, digitizing, and data tracking for the project engineering training program.

Please note, visa sponsorship or relocation will not be provided for this role, but we accept all student visas (CPT).

We are looking for a positive, confident, self-motivated, passionate individual with a strong desire to work in an exciting, fast-paced, team based collaborative design environment to help us develop next generation technologies to empower and connect our products to each other, and to our customers.

Responsibilities:


* Organization and storage of onboarding resources.


* Creation of automated training paths tailored to individual user needs.


* Develop comprehensive data tracking for engineers, leadership, and the training team.


* Automate the process of tracking incoming employees.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Are actively pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.


* Experience with Cornerstone Galaxy platform preferred.


* Experience with EasyGenerator tool preferred.


* Possess leadership qualities and the ability to facilitate conflicts.

* Are self-motivated and self-directed with a sense of urgency.


* Have a solid work ethic - honors responsibility and commitment.


* Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
