Warehouse Design Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Design Associate to join our team in Durham, NC.

This role is essential to maintaining the quality and organization of our furniture inventory.

The ideal candidate will take pride in handling products with care, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and supporting smooth operations for our installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:


* Thoroughly inspect furniture upon arrival and before storage to ensure quality standards are met


* Accurately document and note any damage to products


* Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs


* Gently handle furniture when placing items into storage vaults and rack systems


* Prepare and complete detailed paperwork related to inventory and product condition


* Carefully retrieve items from storage locations and stage them on the warehouse floor for installation teams


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment


* Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:


* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the workday


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred (but not required)


* Ability to handle products with care and professionalism


* Basic paperwork and documentation skills


* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic


* Prior experience operating a forklift is a strong advantage
