We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to lead our wellness operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving business performance and team engagement.
A little taste of your day-to-day
* Oversee the daily operations of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities
* Ensure delivery of high-quality treatments and services aligned with brand standards
* Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to achieve service excellence
* Develop and implement wellness programs, promotions, and revenue strategies
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations and IHG policies
* Manage guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of concerns
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
What do we need from you?
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or related field
* Certification in Spa Management, Wellness Therapy, or Fitness (preferred)
* Professional certifications in recognized wellness disciplines (e.g., massage therapy, aesthetics, or fitness training) are an advantage
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa or wellness management within a luxury hotel or resort
* Proven track record in managing spa operations, revenue generation, and team leadership
* Experience within an international hotel brand (preferably IHG or similar) is highly desirable
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent guest service and communication abilities
* Business acumen with focus on revenue and profitability
* Knowledge of wellness trends, spa treatments, and health programs
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
