Overview

We are looking for an energetic, patient, and creative Kids Club Attendant to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and memorable environment for children while their parents enjoy our Club, Spa, or hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities


* Supervision & Safety: Maintain a constant watch over all children in the club, ensuring a secure environment and following all safety and check-in/check-out protocols.


* Activity Coordination: Lead and participate in age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, organized games, and physical play.


* Customer Service: Greet parents and children warmly, providing clear communication regarding club policies, schedules, and any feedback about the child's stay.


* Environment Upkeep: Keep the play area clean, organized, and sanitized.

Ensure all toys and equipment are in good working order.


* Conflict Resolution: Gently manage behavioral issues or disagreements between children using positive reinforcement and patience.


* Basic Care: Assist younger children with basic needs (e.g., snacks or bathroom breaks)

Qualifications & Skills


* Experience: Previous experience in childcare, teaching, camp counseling, or a similar role is highly preferred.


* Certification: Standard First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).


* Personality: High energy, approachable, and able to remain calm under pressure (or during a game of tag).


* Reliability: Strong punctuality and a professional attitude toward safety and child welfare.
