The job details are as follows:
The Legal Administrator has primary responsibility for the organization and maintenance of OCLC's legal files, preparation of filings, management of contract renewals.

This position is key to supporting OCLC's global transactional practice, which supports OCLC's ability to complete the sales contracting process, negotiate contracts with vendors for IT tools, and develop relationships with partners around the world.

The role also provides higher level administrative support to the legal team to allow the attorneys to focus on legal matters.
