8118 A22 BRAKES - Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Grain & Protein Technologies/GSI Assumption is seeking a talented, passionate, and highly motivated Machine Operator to join our Fab Department.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining fabrication machinery to produce high-quality parts with precision, ensuring all specifications and quality standards are met.
Your Impact


* Follow all required safety procedures and work instructions.


* Set up, adjust, program, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance on fabrication machines.


* Produce parts to specification based on job orders while maintaining efficiency.


* Perform quality checks and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.


* Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.


* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.


* Adhere to Lean Manufacturing and Quality Management systems.


* Other duties as assigned.

Your Experience & Qualifications


* High school diploma or GED required.


* 2+ years of manual and CNC machine operation preferred.


* Basic math and reading skills.


* Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.


* Experience with precision measuring instruments.


* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.


* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously.


* Strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits


* Hourly Pay Range: $22.62 - $27.98 + Shift differential for off shift
