What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents in accordance with their care plans.

Key responsibilities include:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


* Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff


* Take and record vital signs (TPRs) and document care accurately


* Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning


* Support residents during meals and hydration


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment


* Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs


* Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate atmosphere

What We're Looking For


* Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California


* Compassionate, patient-centered mindset


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


* CPR certification preferred
