\n\n\nJoin Our Team as a Senior Research Analyst! Contribute to impactful market strategies by completing complex mapping projects and maintaining key data systems for the Research Department.

Oversee map project production by Analysts, participate in Real Estate Pre-Approval and Approval Meetings, and conduct field research to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities



* Participate in developing market strategies and completing complex mapping projects.


* Maintain and update data files and programs used in computer systems by the Research Department as required.


* Supervise other Analyst map project production.


* Participate in Real Estate Pre-Approval and Approval Meetings.


* Travel to markets to conduct / lead field research.

20% - 30% travel required

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:



* Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Five to seven years experience in Business, Social Science, Computer Science.
