What You'll Do (Night Shift):


* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes promptly


* Collaborate with STNAs and the care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes


* Help maintain a calm, safe, and restful overnight environment

What We're Looking For:


* Current RN or LPN license in Ohio


* Strong clinical skills and attention to detail


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Reliability and commitment to a part-time night shift schedule
