What You'll Do:


* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes promptly


* Collaborate with STNAs and the care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes


* Support a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for all residents

What We're Looking For:


* Current RN or LPN license in Ohio


* Strong clinical skills and attention to detail


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach


* Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment


* Reliability and flexibility to pick up shifts as needed
