As a Quality Specialist IV in the Business Call and Digital Oversight Monitoring Team, you will oversee quality and risk controls for Home Lending Originations.

You will partner with Sales and Operations to ensure our communications and processes meet regulatory and policy standards.

Your expertise will help us deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain operational excellence.

You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities


* Monitor and document performance of Home Lending Originations Sales and Fulfillment staff through conducting call and digital reviews.


* Identify strengths and deficiencies in processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.


* Ensure all quality-related requests are completed accurately and timely.


* Collaborate with Sales and Fulfillment teams to drive quality metrics and process improvements.


* Communicate progress on risk and controls management to leaders.


* Promote a culture focused on quality, process improvement, and risk mitigation.


* Participate in and coordinate process improvement projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Home Lending, quality, or controls, including Originations Sales and Fulfillment.


* Minimum 3 years of combined Home Lending, quality, and/or controls experience.

Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, including knowledge of Federal and State requirements and Home Lending policies/systems.


* Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.


* Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.


* Ability to participate in quality/process improvement initiatives independently.


* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.


* Teamwork-oriented and able to collaborate effectively.


* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


* High degree of professionalism and sense of urgency.


* Bi-lingual in English/Spanish
