RN - Neurosciences ICU Weekender

Work Schedule:

75% FTE, Day or Night shift, with shifts primarily to be 7:00 am - 7:30 pm Friday - Sunday OR 7:00 pm - 7:30 am Friday - Sunday.

Must work holidays that fall on scheduled shift per weekender program guidelines.

This position is eligible to receive a $10/hour weekender differential as applicable for hours worked.

You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

Pay:

Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $4/hour evening, $5/hour night and $10/hour weekender differential as applicable for hours worked.

We are seeking an experienced inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our remarkable team at Wisconsin's #1 hospital!

About the unit:


* Care for the adult patient population in a critical care setting with ICU as well as IMC level of care.


* Gain experience with a variety of neurology, neurosurgical and stroke conditions that can include ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, traumatic brain injuries, hydrocephalus, cerebral aneurysm, and other neurovascular diseases.


* Utilize strong critical thinking skills and provide interventions that may include vasoactive drips, hemodynamic monitoring, feeding tubes, drains, frequent neuro assessments, and more.
