HR Administration & Payroll Specialist (Time & Attendance SME)

We are looking for an HR Administration & Payroll Specialist that shares our passion and energy to contribute to our company mission by working in HR supporting employees to excel with our customers.

Location: Schneider Electric Plant

What will you do?



* Independently manage time tracking and attendance in company tools, ensuring compliance with local legislation and Schneider Electric policies



* Validate schedules and shifts for production sites, ensuring proper preparation for accumulated working periods and communication with managers



* SME for implementation of Time & Attendance tools in partnership with global stakeholders and vendors including defining requirements, ensuring compliance, providing expertise, testing and validation, change management and training



* Act as the single point of contact for maintenance and enhancement of Time & Attendance tools, ensuring digital and compliant solutions



* Cultivate continued partnership with all internal stakeholders from subject matter scope to ensure sustained service delivery



* Triage employee enquiries via SE ticketing system on T&A scope and build and update HR information available 24x7 from scope of responsibility



* Communicate with local authorities: Labor inspection, National Insurance Institute, National Revenue Agency and similar, providing all mandatory reports (regular and ad hoc)



* Provide support and consultation to Employees regarding HR process and HR-related items



* Prepare HR related reports, on a regular or ad-hoc basis



* Other HR related tasks which are the result of internal priorities or team responsibilities reorganization.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?



* University degree (preferred Economics, Accounting or Psychology)



* 2-4 years of experience in HR Administration and Time & Attendance tools (work experience in production environment preferred)



* Proficiency in English



* Deep domain knowledge: strong knowledge of the local employment law, including the Labor Code, Social Security Code and understanding of working hours, overtime calculation, leave management



* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time



* Ability to collaborate effectively within/across teams, implementing structure and clarity



* Strong analytical skills, ensuring all data, facts, and proposed system configurations meet precise requirements and compliance standard, curios to learn and develop



* Ability to identify potential issues, troubleshoot systems and propose effective solutions



* Ability to navigate change management and process complex information



* Able to work well within ambiguous environments & multiple conflicting priorities.
