Job Description

Job Summary

Directly engages in field operations outside of core Stewart Valuation Intelligence Operations; also, includes various leadership roles that support the overall strategy and execution of field-based operations.

Evaluates real estate appraisal reports for accuracy, compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), and lender guidelines.

Also provides operational support to the production team throughout the course of the real estate transaction process (prior to, in progress, and post-closing) for clientele.

Job Responsibilities


* Responsible for the quality review of data stored in client files and/or company production systems, ensuring information captured is error-free and accurate


* Review of Real Estate Appraisal reports for quality, issues and root causes and make recommendations for change


* Ability to effectively exchange information, encompassing verbal, written communication skills


* Participates in implementing quality processes to ensure operations are of the highest quality


* Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives


* Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work
