Channel Execution Intern

Responsibilities:

System Deployment Support


* Assist in the setup, testing, and rollout of Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and Distribution Management System (DMS).


* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by documenting test cases, capturing results, and reporting issues.


* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to track and resolve deployment-related challenges.

Data Management & Analysis


* Assist in data preparation, migration, and validation for SFA and DMS platforms


* Monitor data accuracy and highlight discrepancies in master data (customers, products, pricing, etc.).


* Generate and analyze basic reports to support performance monitoring

Training and Documentation


* Prepare user guides, quick reference materials, and FAQs for end-users.


* Support training sessions by assisting with content, logistics, and feedback collection.


* Document deployment processes, issues, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Active university students (D3/D4/S1) max.

8th semester from any major


* Proficiency in English and Indonesian


* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis (LOOKUP, Pivot, (optional: Macro)


* Good presentation skills


* Willing to be placed in Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan
