Senior Manager - Business Development - Indore

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Facilitate Sales Revenue Generation


* Coverage of Consultant & Government customers.



* Develop and execute strategic plans to facilitate on or above revenue target achievement


* Identify product approval gaps & work closely to bridge the same


* Build strong rapport with all influencers to ensure favourable/neutral specifications in client requirements.


* Map all customer stakeholders & establish strong connection by engaging internal members from Sales / Service / Segment team

Key Account Management


* Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.


* Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and customized solutions.

Sales Promotion


* Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.


* Create product preference by close working & competition spec neutralization.


* Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with brand goals.

New Customer Development & Conversion customer strategy


* Identify potential customers and new market segments.


* Lead customer acquisition initiatives and convert leads into active clients.


* Identify conversion customer reservations, create strong action plan to overcome same and convert customer our fold

Analytical Reasoning


* Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and sales data to inform decision-making.


* Prepare reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and performance reviews.


* Prepare reports on competition foot print, strategy & new product/solution introduction

BE -Electrical

Experience - 4 to 10 Years
