COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.

Engineer Pay Range: $106,500 - $123,700


* Sr Engineer II Pay Range: $123,700 - $135,000


* Lead Engineer range - $135,000 - $158,625

We are seeking an Engineer to join our dynamic Market Operations team.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the efficient functioning of the SPP electricity markets by developing a deep understanding of market concepts, analyzing market data, and conducting market-clearing engine sensitivities.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational support to various market functions, manage cross-departmental initiatives, and mentor staff on market systems and processes.
