EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited institution.


* Formal training and experience in financial accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting


* Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.


* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

person status.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS


* Strong analytical and evaluative skills


* Developed written and oral communication skills


* Strong interpersonal skills as this team member will interact frequently with personnel outside of accounting and finance department.


* Strong decision-making skills: incumbent needs to analyze and synthesize data, and be able to make decisions without having complete information


* Expert user of Microsoft Office products


* Experience with Epicor, Oracle, and Hyperion a plus
