Your Impact & Responsibilities:



* Skilled Intervention: Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OTR), deliver high-quality therapeutic services designed to improve resident independence and quality of life.


* Collaborative Care: Partner with the interdisciplinary team to execute personalized care plans that focus on meaningful resident outcomes.


* Functional Goal Achievement: Assist residents in regaining Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility within a skilled nursing environment.
