Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45-$50 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview

Santa Cruz Post‑Acute is seeking an experienced and compassionate LVN Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and leadership on weekends.

This part‑time role is ideal for a licensed vocational nurse who enjoys mentoring staff, ensuring quality care, and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations in a post‑acute setting.

Key Responsibilities


* Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts


* Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards


* Provide clinical guidance and assist with resident care as needed


* Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families


* Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members


* Address and escalate clinical or staffing concerns appropriately

Qualifications


* Active California LVN license in good standing


* Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred


* Experience in post‑acute, skilled nursing, or long‑term care strongly preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills


* Ability to work independently and manage weekend operations
