Are you an experienced LVN with a passion for leadership and delivering clinical excellence? Delta View Post Acute is actively seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to become a vital member of our management team.

In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care around the clock.

The Opportunity:



* Position: Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)


* Rate: $50+ per hour (depending on experience)


* Location: Delta View Post Acute

Your Leadership Impact:

As the ADON, you will be a cornerstone of the nursing department, providing the stability and clinical oversight essential for a thriving care environment.



* Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the DON in planning, developing, and supervising all nursing activities and departmental objectives.


* Team Development: Take a leading role in recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring both licensed and non-licensed staff.


* Clinical Oversight: Oversee daily clinical operations, conduct rounds, and monitor resident conditions to ensure safety and high-quality care delivery.


* Staff Management: Assist with employee evaluations, problem-solving, and disciplinary actions to foster a high-performing team.


* Resident Advocacy: Act as a vital liaison between residents, families, and physicians, ensuring effective communication and respectful treatment of all residents.


* Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory changes, assist in developing policies and procedures, and conduct ongoing in-services for the nursing team.


* Operational Support: Serve as the primary backup for the DON and provide direct resident care as needed to ensure seamless facility operations.

Qualifications:



* Licensure: Current, valid California LVN License (RNs are also encouraged to apply; BSN preferred).


* Experience: 3-5 years of nursing management experience, ideally within long-term care or skilled nursing environments.


* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and manage a diverse clinical staff effectively.


* Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality for residents and staff.
