Schedule: Flexible as needed - up to 50% travel

Summary of Role:

The Vice President of Clinical Compliance oversees the clinical compliance program across the portfolio to ensure consistent, pro-active adherence to all local/state/federal regulations.

This position provides strategic leadership and operational oversight in records management, risk management, survey readiness, and clinical training.

The VP of Clinical Compliance works collaboratively with community leadership, clinical staff, residents, and team members to sustain and continuously improve the organization's established compliance infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:


* Develop, implement, and continuously improve the nursing compliance program, leveraging the organization's existing structure in records management, risk management, survey readiness, and staff training.


* Oversee and audit the maintenance of resident records and clinical documentation to ensure alignment with organization standards and regulatory requirements.


* Coordinate and strengthen records request processes across communities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses.


* Lead risk management initiatives related to residents, including incident review, trend analysis, and development of corrective action plans to mitigate clinical and regulatory risk.


* Drive survey readiness efforts across all communities; serve as a primary resource during regulatory surveys and coordinate post-survey follow-up activities.
