Director of Special Projects

* Strategic Planning and Execution: assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring organizational strategies and priorities.

Oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with the executive team's objectives.

Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


* Special Projects: Lead or participate in special initiatives as assigned by the Chief of Staff.


* Drives decisive execution of enterprise level priorities by cutting through ambiguity, removing barriers, and ensuring strategic initiatives move forward with urgency, clarity, and measurable impact.


* Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

Facilitate clear communication and build positive relationships across the organization.


* Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Chief of Staff.

Support the Chief of Staff in decision-making, agenda setting, and materials preparation for executive and Board of Directors' meetings.



* Excellent judgment, problem solving skills, emotional intelligence and intuition regarding interpersonal interactions, and meticulous attention to detail are a must


* Strong business acumen and prior experience in a high-paced corporate environment


* Expert-level analytical skills and experience with leading, executing, and synthesizing complex research, analysis, and project initiatives


* Ability to work independently and make independent judgment on assigned duties


* Excellent relationship skills and the ability to get things done in a collaborative environment


* Demonstrated ability to successfully execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously


* Experience in understanding of government services or government consulting services
