Breakfast Chef

We are currently looking for a Full Time Breakfast Chef to join our team.

Working closely with our Kitchen Leaders, you will assist in the daily operations across Gazebo Restaurant, Harvest Restaurant, Barracks Bar, In-Room Dining and Conference & Events.

Please note: This role includes early morning shifts starting from 5:30am.

What you’ll be doing


* Assisting with daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets


* Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast service


* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

What we’re looking for


* Previous experience or currently studying cookery


* Strong attention to detail


* Excellent teamwork skills


* Good time management


* Knowledge of HACCP procedures


* High standard of personal presentation


* Commitment to delivering quality guest experiences


* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings (5:30 am starts), evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak periods


* You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
