Job Purpose:

The Director, Pega Platform will be responsible for executing the enterprise, PREMIER One strategy for the Pega Platform, ensuring it delivers scalable digital solutions that support customer experience, operational efficiency, and business transformation.

The role will lead the development, maintenance, and support of customer-facing and internal banking applications of the Pega Platform.

This role will manage the strategic roadmap, oversee process improvements and workflow design, and optimize end-to-end processes to enhance the customer experience across digital channels, often requiring strong technical expertise in Pega tools and a deep understanding of banking operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Assist the AVP Digital Platforms with defining the long-term strategy for the Pega platform within the digital ecosystem.

Align platform capabilities with enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Manage the platform roadmap, prioritized backlog, and key initiatives.


* Partner with the AVP Digital Platforms to define and measure KPIs, KRIs, etc.

to monitor and inform ongoing strategy and priorities.  Establish a cadence for ongoing data monitoring and business impact assessment


* Work closely with product owners, digital leaders, and business units.  Translate business requirements into scalable platform capabilities.  Provide reporting and updates on strategy and business priority alignment


* Establish platform governance, reusable components, and development standards.  Manage platform performance, reliability, and risk.  Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
