What you will do

Kenvue is recruiting for a Revenue Analyst to support its US Revenue Management team, encompassing Disputes/Deductions Management, Cash Applications, and Accounts Receivable reporting for the US Market.

As a member of this team, you will support daily operations and help drive process optimization while ensuring adherence to compliance and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities


* Upgrade transaction management processes, data infrastructure and reporting to improve business metrics and decision making.


* Use process excellence tools & technology and internal/external collaboration to identify and implement business process simplification, standardization and automation to increase revenue recovery, improve cycle time, reduce errors and/or reduce effort.


* Perform root cause analysis on revenue process & systems and partner with other business stakeholders to identify patterns, customer payment behavior changes, and resolve issues to reduce future incoming deductions (deduction prevention).


* Use project management skills to lead or participate in functional area and department projects that improve cash flow, reduce deductions, and streamline manual processes.
