Responsibilities

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will:


* Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans


* Assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living


* Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team


* Bring encouragement, creativity, and compassion to each therapy session

Qualifications


* Current California COTA license


* Passion for patient-centered care


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
