Processing Lead - 2nd Shift

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.


* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace metal finishing operations, including wet processing and painting.


* Strong knowledge of aerospace surface finishing standards and specifications.


* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.


* Understanding of masking/unmasking techniques and correct use of protective coatings.


* Familiarity with part marking methods (e.g., ink stamping, laser marking, vibro-etching).


* Knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols for wet processing environments.


* Excellent communication and organizational skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Additional technical training or certifications in aerospace manufacturing processes.


* Previous leadership experience preferred (e.g., Lead, Senior Operator, or Supervisor-in-Training).


* Experience with NADCAP, AS9100, or other aerospace quality standards.


* Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).


* Experience with ERP systems for production tracking.
