* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


* 7-10 years in a manufacturing environment, with proven experience as a business partner to operations and leadership teams.


* ERP (JD Edwards, HFM), advanced Excel, BI tools (Power BI), P&L ownership.


* Collaborative, influential partner able to align finance and operations, drive cross-functional initiatives, and deliver results.


* High integrity, continuous improvement mindset, service-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary Range:

' The base pay range for this position in California is $85,400.00 - $137,540.00/year.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.Position Overview:
