* High school diploma or GED required.


* 3'5 years of logistics, shipping, or receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.


* Experience with raw materials (bar stock, forgings, metal components).


* Strong understanding of material traceability and documentation control.


* Proficiency in ERP/MRP inventory systems and traceability workflows.


* Strong organization, communication, and project coordination skills.


* Forklift and material‑handling equipment experience.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Prior leadership or team‑lead experience.


* Aerospace or regulated‑industry background.


* Knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.


* Experience with international shipping and export compliance.


* Hazmat shipping familiarity.


* Lean/5S project experience.

Physical Requirements:


* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.


* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling.


* Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing floor environments.

Salary Range: Shipping & Receiving Lead - $33.00 - $38.00/hr
