* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field)


* 3-5 years of technical engineering experience.


* Strong proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).


* Hands‑on experience with electromechanical components, crimping tools, or precision assembly is a plus.


* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to interpret testing, failure data, and engineering measurements.


* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to engineering quality.


* Effective communicator able to collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners.


* Experience with Lean, DFM/DFA, or continuous improvement principles is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Power BI and Minitab experience preferred.

Salary Range:

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $68,600 - $110,500/year.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.Position Overview:
