' Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.

' 7 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or related supply chain roles.

' Strong experience in supply network planning, RCCP, and inventory management.

' Experience in a planning Centre of Excellence (COE) or similar process improvement environment highly preferred.

' Proficiency with advanced planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.) and analytics tools.

' Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) a plus.

' Deep understanding of supply planning principles and their application in complex, dynamic environments.

' Ability to remain focused, decisive, and effective when facing supply chain disruptions or uncertainty.

' Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Position Overview:

The Manager, Supply Planning will lead the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure optimal production, inventory, and supply network performance.
