* High school diploma or GED required; logistics, supply chain, or business coursework preferred.


* Minimum 3'5 years of shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination experience, preferably in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.


* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and shipping software.


* Experience preparing shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier coordination.


* Knowledge of domestic and basic international shipping requirements; export compliance awareness preferred.


* Forklift certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification.


* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.


* Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
