' Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience.

' A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in Aerospace, Medical Device, Automotive, or similar industry.

' Experience hardening, tempering, annealing, and other heat-treating processes.

' Experience applying coatings and plating to aerospace parts using automated equipment or manual techniques.

' Understanding of stamping processes, including blanking, forming, and piercing.

' Strong analytical and understanding of techniques to meet coating and thickness desired.

' Effective verbal and written communications skills at all levels of the organization, especially with direct employees.

' Previous supervisory experience leading large teams (40 people).

' Intermediate use of ERP (JDE), MS Office Suite and productivity tools.

Salary Range:

The base pay range for this position in California, is $105,400.00 - $147,500.00/year.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
